Shirley Janssen

Today at 3:50 am Shirley May (Schimdt) Janssen passed away

She is servived by her husban Jim Janssen of 51 years of marraige

Her children David Allan Janssen, Ruth Ann (Janssen) & Gary Minlschmidt, Mary Louise (Janssen) Focht, Albert James & Lynn Marie Janssen

Her Grandchildren Lee Charles Toney, Rachael May Toney, Albert David Janssen, Tristan Mathew Flodin, Jesse Hardt Janssen, Samantha Joanne Focht

Great Grandchildren

Her extened family Teresa Plisek, Mary Jo, Bruce Reed and the many others that she took in to help out over the years.

Shirley was a member of VFW Post 8752 (The Red Barn) a girls softball coach and state champion!

Shirley worked at Montgomery Ward and the Hitch & Rail Bar 

I was up seeing my mom and this is todays picture

I took her to PT today but she was not able to do it because she was dizzy.

Then we brang her back to her room where she had dinner.

Dinner was Pizza (she ate 4 bites), Veggie mix she did not eat any and pears and cottage cheese and she did not eat any, she also had a glass of orange juice and she drank it all, She also had a glass of milk and drank about half of it.

She does need to eat if she plans to come home.

She also can have friends visit her at Woodbury Nursing Home.
